Who we are

orlenaz is an online-only store selling women's jeans to customers in the 48 contiguous United States. The store is operated by NORDIN FULFILLMENT LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Montana.

How we work

We do not manufacture the jeans we sell. We carry denim made by established brands, and our catalog is deliberately narrow: a handful of fits we can list deeply in color, size and inseam rather than a large catalog we cannot keep straight.

We do not operate a retail store, a showroom, or a warehouse of our own, and we hold no inventory in the United States. Orders are picked, packed and shipped by our supplier's warehouse outside the United States, in China, and travel to you by USPS or FedEx. The address below is our registered business address in Montana. It is not a store, it is not a pickup point, and it is not where your parcel comes from.

What that means for you

• Orders take 3 to 5 business days to process and a further 8 to 12 business days in transit, so 11 to 17 business days in total.
• Import duties on the shipment are included in the price you pay. There is nothing extra to collect on delivery.
• Returns are handled inside the United States, at our returns facility in Kent, Washington, so sending something back is a domestic parcel for you, not an international one.
• Shipping is a flat $7.95, and free once your order total after discounts reaches $60 or more.
