1. Who is responsible

We do not receive your full card number. It goes directly to the payment provider.

To take, process, ship and track your order, and to handle returns and refunds.
To answer your emails.
To send marketing email, but only if you asked us to. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
To keep the store secure and to prevent fraudulent orders.
To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Advertising and analytics

As of the date above, this store does not run Google Analytics, Google Ads tags, the Meta pixel, or any other third-party advertising or analytics tracker. If we add one, we will update this page and the cookie information below before it goes live.

Please note: the Your Privacy Choices page is generated by Shopify, our platform, and carries Shopify's standard wording. That wording describes what would apply if a store had advertising technology enabled. This store does not have any enabled today. The opt-out form on that page is live and we act on every request submitted through it. Where that page and this one differ, this page describes what is actually happening.

5. Cookies

This store sets the cookies that Shopify requires to keep your cart and session working, and to keep checkout secure. These are strictly necessary and cannot be switched off without breaking the site. We do not currently set advertising or analytics cookies.

6. SMS

We do not send marketing text messages and we do not collect phone numbers for that purpose. The phone number you give at checkout is used only for delivery.

7. Who we share it with

Shopify, which hosts this store and processes orders on our behalf.
Our payment provider, which processes your card payment.
Our fulfillment partner, which picks and packs your order. It is located outside the United States, in China, and receives your name, address and phone number in order to ship to you.
USPS and FedEx, to deliver the parcel.
Our returns facility in Kent, Washington, to receive returns.
Government authorities, where the law requires it, including customs authorities for the inbound shipment.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. International transfer

Because our fulfillment partner is in China, your name, address and phone number are transferred there for the sole purpose of shipping your order. We share only what the warehouse needs to produce a shipping label.

9. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes, normally seven years. Marketing signup data is kept until you unsubscribe. Emails to support are kept for two years.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live in the United States, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. California residents have these rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, and residents of several other states have equivalent rights under their own laws.

To exercise any of them, email support@orlenaz.com from the address on your order, with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to confirm that the request is really coming from you before we act on it. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf with written proof of authority. You can also use the opt-out form on the Your Privacy Choices page.

11. Children

This store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

12. Security

The site runs over HTTPS and payment pages are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, so we do not claim ours is; we do limit who can see order data and we do not keep card numbers at all.
