Payment Policy

1. Currency

All prices on this site are in United States dollars (USD), and your card is charged in USD.

2. How payment is handled

Card details are entered on an encrypted checkout page and processed by our payment provider. orlenaz does not see, handle or store your full card number, expiry date or security code.

3. When you are charged

Your card is authorized when you place the order and charged when the order is accepted, which is normally immediately. If we cannot fulfill an order after charging it, we refund it in full.

4. What you pay

The total shown on the checkout page before you confirm is the exact amount that will be charged.

5. Declined payments

If your payment is declined, the order is not placed and no goods are reserved. A decline is a decision made by your bank, not by us; your bank can tell you why. You may see a temporary authorization hold on your statement that your bank releases on its own, usually within a few business days.

6. Discount codes

Discount codes are applied before the $60 free-shipping threshold is calculated. One code per order unless a promotion says otherwise.

7. Refunds

Refunds are returned to the original payment method only. See our Refund and Returns Policy for the timing.

8. Suspected fraud and chargebacks

We may cancel and refund an order if we have reason to believe the payment method is being used without the cardholder's permission. If you do not recognize a charge from us, email support@orlenaz.com before you contact your bank. We can usually resolve it faster than a chargeback can, and we would rather do that.
