Email is the fastest way to get an answer, and it gives us the order number in writing. Put the order number in the subject line and we can usually resolve the question in one reply.
What to include
- Order question: your order number and what you would like us to do.
- Return or exchange: your order number, the item, and whether you want a refund or a different size or color. We reply with a prepaid return label.
- Damaged or wrong item: your order number and a photo of the problem. A photo saves a round of emails.

This is our registered business address. It is not a store, not a showroom and not a warehouse, and it does not accept walk-in visits or returns. Authorized returns go to our returns facility in Kent, Washington; we send you the label and the address when you start a return.
