1. Who you are dealing with

This website, orlenaz.com, is operated by NORDIN FULFILLMENT LLC, a Montana limited liability company with a registered address at 1001 S Main St Ste 600, Kalispell, MT 59901, United States. "We", "us" and "orlenaz" mean that company. "You" means the person using the site.

By browsing or buying on this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract, and you must give a delivery address in the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, if the item is unavailable, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method.

4. Prices and product information

Prices are in USD and can change without notice, though a change never affects an order we have already confirmed. We try to describe every item accurately, including its available sizes and colors. Screens render color differently, so the shade you see may not match the garment exactly.

5. Product images and brand names

Product photographs and brand names shown on this site belong to the manufacturers and rights holders concerned. We use them to identify the goods we sell. We do not claim ownership of them and we do not claim to be, or to be endorsed by, any manufacturer whose products we list.

6. Delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed.

7. Returns

Returns are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy, which also forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it at scale, or to resell our content. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe this is happening.

9. Our content

The text, layout and design of this site are ours. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not republish them commercially without our written permission.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Events outside our control

We are not in breach of these terms if performance is delayed or prevented by something beyond our reasonable control, including customs action, carrier failure, extreme weather, or restrictions imposed by a government.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Disputes are subject to the courts of the State of Montana, and nothing here removes a right you may have to bring a claim where you live.
